Overview:

Our client, a growing independent broker-dealer, is seeking a dedicated Advisor Relations Associate to support newly onboarded financial advisors during their transition into the firm. This is a client-facing operations role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new advisors during the transition period
• Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring timely completion of compliance, technology setup, and operational tasks
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Compliance, IT, Operations) to facilitate a smooth advisor integration
• Track progress of transitions and proactively resolve any issues or delays
• Assist with training and orientation on firm systems, platforms, and procedures
• Provide white-glove support to ensure advisor satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to advisor onboarding

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in advisor onboarding, client service, or operations
• FINRA Licenses such as 7 & 66 a plus but not required for the position
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficient Pershing and other related platforms is a plus.
