***This is a long-term contract position and is 3 days/week onsite in Middlesex County NJ***

Robert Half's Central NJ client is looking for a Senior Communications Consultant to join their fast-paced, collaborative team and play a key role in shaping internal communications for their organization.

• Contract through end of 2025 with the potential to convert to full-time
• 3 days/week onsite in Middlesex County NJ

• Develop and execute strategic internal communications plans that align with goals.
• Craft clear, compelling content for newsletters, internal articles, leadership messages, and more.
• Manage communication logistics and distribution lists, ensuring smooth execution of key events such as Town Halls.
• Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and alignment in messaging.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience with platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Background in corporate or healthcare communications is a bonus.
