TrustPoint One has partnered with an international law firm to find a Temporary Business and Conflicts Intake Legal Analyst for their Richmond, VA location. This is an exciting opportunity for a JD with strong analytical skills to work at the heart of legal operations—ensuring smooth client intake, ethical compliance, and conflict resolution during attorney transitions and new matters.

What You’ll Do:
• Guide firm leadership and lateral hires through the conflict clearance process
• Review Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs) to ensure compliance with firm policies and professional conduct rules
• Communicate noncompliant terms to attorneys and coordinate internal reviews with HR, IT, Accounting, and Legal teams
• Draft client-facing correspondence related to OCG modifications
• Analyze new business intake for conflicts, ethical issues, and risk management concerns
• Work collaboratively across departments to verify client identities and resolve conflicts
• Own the full lifecycle of conflict matters—ensuring timely and thorough resolution

What You’ll Bring:
• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• 3+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Expertise in conflict resolution processes and legal ethics
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to adapt to firm-specific systems
