About the Role:

We’re seeking a high-energy  Sales Representative to lead our residential and retail merchandise acquisition efforts across  South Florida . This role focuses on identifying and securing new donation bin placements in apartment and condo complexes, as well as creating new partnerships with retail and business locations.

You'll play a key role in growing our donation program, representing a cause that truly makes a difference while enjoying the freedom to manage your own schedule and territory.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and approach apartment/condos and businesses to present partnership opportunities
• Clearly present the mission and community value of our donation program
• Negotiate and finalize agreements
• Track and maintain records of prospects, agreements, and ongoing partnerships
• Coordinate with internal teams for pick-up options
• Travel throughout the region to conduct meetings and site visits
• Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly placement goals

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, outreach, or business development
• Excellent communicator and persuasive negotiator
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledgeable about the South Florida area
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Education:

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation:

• Base Salary : $51,400–$60,600 annually
• Plus : Commission pay based on performance

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday with occasional weekend availability
