We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented SharePoint Specialist to join our IT team. The SharePoint Specialist will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint environments. This role requires technical expertise in SharePoint development, content management, system integration, and ensuring the optimal performance of SharePoint sites, workflows, and collaboration features. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture and be able to provide solutions that improve productivity and collaboration within the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience working with SharePoint environments (preferably SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server).
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration, configuration, and customization.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, and other SharePoint development tools.
• Proficiency in SharePoint content management features, including document libraries, lists, and workflows.
• Knowledge of security practices related to SharePoint, including user permissions, access controls, and data protection.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integration and services (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate).
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train users and collaborate across teams.
