LHH is seeking a full-time Legal Resource Assistant for our client in their Miami, Florida office .

Please note: This is a fully onsite position.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two to three years of administrative office support experience.
• Candidate must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, flexibility, organizational skills, and the ability to be proactive.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic document management systems. Experience with iManage preferred.

Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Submission of client intake, opening of new matters, and conflicts requests.
• Tracking, entering, and processing expenses and invoices.
• Efficiently coordinating and scheduling attorney travel.
• Entering attorney time in InTapp.
• Working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other firm applications, as necessary, to complete specific assignments.
