We are a supportive physician-led organization with extensive resources and are seeking a dynamic and visionary, board-certified Psychiatry physician educator to contribute to the development of the inaugural Psychiatry Residency Program at TriHealth in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Program Director of the Psychiatry Residency Program is responsible for the leadership, organization, operation, and general administration of the Psychiatry Residency Program sponsored by TriHealth. The Program Director will support and amplify our longstanding commitment to Graduate Medical Education (GME) by positioning the Psychiatry Residency as a premier training program in Ohio and beyond. The anticipated launch date for the fully sponsored, ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency Program is expected to begin July 2027 and will accept a total of 24 residents. TriHealth GME continues to build and train in the highly competitive Cincinnati region, with the goal of retaining providers, expanding access to quality care in rural areas and establishing TriHealth as a major teaching hospital.
